Body Contouring & Muscle Toning

Sometimes even with consistent workouts and healthy eating, certain areas of the body can be difficult to tone. You may lose weight but still struggle with muscle definition, core strength, or shaping specific areas like the stomach, glutes, arms or thighs.

Our Body Sculpting treatments at Hypoxi Bulimba are designed to enhance muscle tone, strengthen targeted areas, and refine body shape without surgery or intense training sessions.

Using advanced muscle stimulation technology, we help activate muscles far beyond what traditional exercise can achieve, allowing you to tone, strengthen, and sculpt your body more efficiently.

How Hypoxi Body Sculpting Helps

Our body sculpting technology works by triggering powerful muscle contractions that simulate an intense workout, helping activate and strengthen muscle tissue while also supporting fat reduction.

Each 30 minute session can stimulate almost 20,000 thousand muscle contractions, helping improve muscle tone and definition in targeted areas all while you lie comfortably during treatment.

This approach allows you to:

  • Strengthen muscles efficiently

  • Improve muscle definition

  • Support fat reduction in targeted areas

  • Enhance overall body shape

Many clients combine this treatment with HYPOXI fat-loss sessions to achieve complete body recomposition.

  • Yes! You can do light to moderate activity, but it’s best to avoid intense or heavy training immediately after your session to let the muscles recover.

  • Body sculpting is not recommended for people with pacemakers, metal implants, plates, or pins in the treatment area, or for pregnant clients. Your HYPOXI Consultant will check for safety during your consultation.
