To get started, you’ll need to book an Intro Session where a HYPOXI consultant will assess your goals and needs. It’s also a chance to learn more about HYPOXI and go through your personalised training schedule.

HYPOXI treatments are very reasonably priced when compared to other treatments, weight loss or cellulite services on the market for the results that you achieve. On HYPOXI training days:
Stay well hydrated by drinking at least 1.5–2 litres of water throughout the day.Before HYPOXI training:
Avoid eating 1–2 hours before your session and limit caffeine intake prior to training.After HYPOXI training:
• Do not eat for 2 hours after your session to maximise fat burning.
• After this, avoid carbohydrates for a further 2–4 hours and focus on lean protein with non-starchy vegetables.
• Avoid caffeine for up to 6 hours after your session.On non-HYPOXI training days:
• Maintain a balanced, nutrient-dense diet and limit sugar, alcohol, and high-fat processed foods.
• Continue good hydration with water or zero-calorie drinks. -
HYPOXI is perfect for the time poor because each session only takes 30 minutes per machine to achieve optimal fat-burning results. This includes the Infrared Roller, HypoSculpt, and our FAR Infrared Sauna, so you can fit effective, personalised body shaping and recovery into even the busiest schedule.

Training should be undertaken in loose-fitting gym pants, a t-shirt, and joggers. Bring a gym towel with you.
HDC Suit (HYPOXI DERMOLOGY)
Training should be carried out wearing loose-fitting pants, a t-shirt, and socks.
Infrared Roller
Wear any light-coloured activewear. Avoid thick pants or joggers to allow the infrared heat to penetrate effectively.
HypoSculpt
Treatments are performed skin-to-skin for best results, but if you prefer to wear something, choose light, breathable activewear. Avoid thick clothing like jeans or heavy fabrics as they can reduce effectiveness.FAR Infrared Sauna
No special clothing is required — wear whatever makes you comfortable. Light, breathable activewear is recommended for maximum comfort.

For best results, the HYPOXI Programme recommends 3 sessions per week. After you reach your goal, our team can tailor a maintenance plan based on your individual needs and goals.

No, it is completely non-invasive and pain-free. HYPOXI is a low impact training programme and the horizontal position in the L250 and HYPOXI-DERMOLOGY machines takes pressure off the joints.

HYPOXI training is designed for men and women of all fitness levels and ages. HYPOXI training does not require any particular degree of physical fitness and is perfect for someone who is thinking about getting back into exercise for the first time in years. You will be required to complete a client information form when you attend the studio, as there are certain illnesses & conditions which preclude people from undertaking treatments. If in doubt, we recommend you speak to a medical professional – your safety is paramount to us.

None, you may feel the urge to drink more water as the body detoxifies. It is obviously safer than invasive surgery and preferable to passive treatments where you are lying down, without muscle activity.

Absolutely! Doing HYPOXI does not mean you need to stop your other exercise. We encourage you to live an active lifestyle. However, to achieve maximum results whilst undergoing HYPOXI, you should not participate in any high intensity exercise on your HYPOXI Training days.

No, HYPOXI therapy is suitable for men and women. The Vacunaut training targets fat loss form the stomach and hips. In our studio, each individuals training session is specialised to meet their needs.

What makes HYPOXI so unique is that it is targeted weight and fat loss around the hips, bottom, thighs and stomach. Because you are doing light exercise and following healthy nutrition, you will no doubt see incidental fat loss in other areas, such as the chest and arms. However the largest centimetre loss will be in the targeted areas: hips, bottom, thighs and stomach.

HYPOXI does not allow pregnant women to undergo HYPOXI treatments. If you do fall pregnant whilst undergoing HYPOXI, you can suspend your treatment package until you are ready post birth to continue your training.

HYPOXI is perfect for new mums as it is low impact exercise and gentle on your body after birth. We recommend starting HYPOXI sessions after 12 weeks post birth. Please consult your healthcare/medical professional before engaging in any exercise post birth.

HYPOXI training with the Trainer L250 and S120 is possible. HDC Suit is NOT possible whilst breast feeding.

In most cases it is safe to use HYPOXI devices with breast implants. However, there may be some risk in the HDC Suit based on the age of the implants and the type of implant. It is recommended you consult your physician regarding your specific implants and potential risk.

HYPOXI requires a medical certification before undergoing any HYPOXI-Training if you have a health conditions that does not permit you to exercise.
